MichiganBarnworks was founded in 2005 and while we celebrate our tenth year we continually evaluate our business model and strive to play to our strengths. 

 

Our core business continues to be barn reclamation and sales.  Our vision for the future is to further solidify the design side of our business.  We want to work with the design community to create well designed, beautiful pieces that both reflect the historical nature of our products and meet the needs of our customers.

 

I live with my wife, Anne - a master gardener, on a beautiful site outside the town of Chelsea, Michigan.  We share our home with several cats both adopted and rescued, and two Labrador retrievers, one who serves as a therapy dog.      - JOHN
